    No experience is necessary! Our classes are open-level by design so that they are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Modifications are provided for each movement to ensure everyone gets a great workout.

  • What should I wear to a Pilates class? Do I need to bring my own mat?

    Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Grip socks are recommended, but not mandatory.

    Yes, please bring your own mat to ensure your comfort and hygiene during the class. Extra mats will be available upon reuest.

  • Can I do Pilates if I have an injury or health condition, and/or pregnant?
